Curriculum Vitae
My current qualifications and achievements are:
· Oxford Brookes Higher National Diploma in Motorsport Engineering (based at Brooklands College), with distinctions in vehicle technology, performance engineering and double module project (Design, build and develop my own racing Locost) and many merits.
· Certificate in Engineering Applications (1 and 2).
· National Diploma in Motorsport Engineering from Brooklands College.
· A-C GCSE in: English Language, Maths, RE and Double Science award.
My employment details:
· November 2006 to date, with Fred Goddard Racing. Workshop based re-build/ engineering of customer F1 and Le Mans cars and on-event support.
· 2005-2006, Full-time work for Hall & Hall (International Historic Motorsport vehicle restoration and preparation specialists). Roles included factory based restoration work, vehicle preparation and on-event support for historic F1 and Sportscars at British and European circuits.
· February 2004, work experience at the Motor Sports Association (MSA).
· December 2002, work experience followed with ongoing part time job for the 2003 and 2004 seasons, with Hyperion Motorsport (International Caterham Racing team).
· March 2002, work experience followed by part time work for the 2002 season, with Rollcentre Racing (British GT team, GTO TVR).
· Spring 2001, work experience followed by summer holiday work with BAR F1 team, based at factory.
· January 2001, work experience at team MDR (Formula Ford).
· July 2000, work experience at Locost Cars, reconditioning parts and
assembling kit cars.
· 1999-2000, Director of Young Enterprise company U-foria.
· January 1999, Trident work experience at Marlor Precision Engineering using
‘AutoCAD 12’ system.
My other interests and extra curricular awards:
· Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS) Bronze Medallion.
· RLSS Bronze Cross.
· STA Pool Lifeguard Award.
· ASDAN Bronze youth award.
· Full clean UK driving licence holder.
· Current International C Racing Licence holder.
· Driving, maintaining and developing my Racing Locost for the national championship.
· Have represented school in national swimming competition heats.
· All round interest in sport, especially training in a gym.
